Is Felt Fairy felt safe to use for toys?

Yes, our wool blend felt meets the EN71 standard for toys. Copies of certification are available on request.

How thick is Felt Fairy felt?

Our felt is approximately 1mm thick.

Is Felt Fairy felt washable?

We don't recommend washing our felt, though it can be dry cleaned. If it gets a bit crumpled it can be ironed with a cool iron, but please place a cloth between the iron and felt, just to be on the safe side!

I was trying to visit thedizzyizzyshop.com, but found myself here instead. Why?

We have run both The Dizzy Izzy Shop and The Felt Fairy for a while now, as both shops sold very similar products we decided life would be far less complicated if we merged the two together. You will find all Dizzy Izzy products on this website. 

We are now using The Felt Fairy names for our felt colours rather than Dizzy Izzy names. To work out which colour is which we have put together a chart to help.  Click here to view it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are more than happy to ship to any location. Shipping costs are based on weight and size of the package and are calculated at checkout.
